Sponsor focus: R-tech Welding!

...then things escelated

Towards the end of every season we have a good chat with our sponsors to see if they would like to continue supporting us into the next season and if so what we can do to help each other out. It's only polite after all and, luckily for us, our sponsors are really enthusiastic about classic motorcycle racing so we have plenty to chat about after a seasons racing.

One such chat with Mike at R-tech welding equipment Ltd ended with a very excited Andrew Green and Gavin Heggs waiting for the postman to turn up with this little lot.

 R-tech have been supporting the team for a couple of years now. This year however, having seen the welding support we give on the CRMC paddock and generally enjoyed our yarn on here they have really stepped up their support with this little lot.
An R-tech AC/DC digital tig 170 along with everything we should need for even the most fiddly track side welding has joined the teams inventory. Heggs already has one of these welders and absolutely swears by it so we are really excited to have one that we can take out into the field. 
We shall be tapping up our resident welding expert John Walton  for some tips and tricks on making the most of this kit so you can look forward to future updates of us trying our best to stick some metal together with some more hotter metal.
