May review 2024

Welcome back!

We are back with an update for May 2024. As the short lived RAFMSA journal has stopped we are going to be compiling social media, photographs and video here so you can catch up on what the RAFMSA classic racing team have been up to.

This month we were at Darley Moor circuit for the second round of the CRMC and Snetterton for its best layout, the 300 circuit.

CRMC round 2 Darley Moor

Serving members Mike Burke, Dorian Eardley and Gavin Heggs were out on track with veterans Symon Woodward and our new novice Adrian Shaw. Joe Woodward and Živilė Žukauskaitė were also on track with John Walton in support.

The weekend was incident free save for Joe who set his airbag off twice with some acrobatics and a slow spill on the hairpin. Everyone came away having enjoyed a dry weekend of steady improvement and some great results (mostly for Joe when he staid on).

GP Originals round 1 Snetterton 300

Andrew Green left the boys at Darley too it and took his Yamaha TZ350E out to Snetteron for GP Originals first round with Roy Dale in tow.
Despite being the other side of the country they also had a dry weekend with some good results too.
With some nice footage appearing on Facebook from John Clayton and GP Originals own page has a load of great photographs and video posted.
